Swift code the same as routing number?

I have a paypal account i opened up in the States and i have an USD account in Poland. However i do know what the routing number is nor can i really find it since i do not speak Polish when I look on the web pages.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to add and use a non-US bank account on a US account.  At this time, only USD denominated banks, located on US soil, can be added to a US account. 

If you maintained a residence in Poland, you could still register for an account in that country and add the bank.  However, all withdrawals would have to be denominated in the local currency - so a Polish bank account in USD simply won't work. 

You might, however, consider moving funds outside PayPal from your Polish bank account to your US bank account.  See your local branch for the best option to do this!

Also, is it possible to convert a US account to another country when I move overseas?

There is no such thing as international PayPal account.

No, it is not possible to change the country in PayPal.

When put in contrast to the "US", using the word international would imply that I'm asking about a paypal account from another country.  But it appears I didn't use proper paypal-club lingo, so I'd like to retry:

Is it possible to withdraw money from a non-US country PayPal account into a US bank account?

My bet is PayPal would not allow you to add a US bank account into your other country PayPal account.

You may try anyhow.

It actually varies by the country whether or not you can add a US bank account.  Some non-US accounts can add US bank accounts.  To view sending, receiving, and withdrawal options for each country, check out www.paypal.com/worldwide.

Okay,So i linked my card to my account,i used the code provided by paypal on my transaction history,yet the charge onto my account hasnt been lifted and its been 24 hours. What do I do next? if any experience forum'ers or moderators could help.
