Timeout when paying using UOB card

Hi,

We seem to be getting some timeout whenever a client pays using their UOB credit card/debit card.

Can we please ask whether there are known issues happening with UOB? This is happening only when via UOB and when paid via Mobile.

Using a desktop browser works fine.

Please advise.
