Paying invoice without account

I've been sending invoices for years now without problems, but I recently sent one to a customer who claims there's no option to pay by credit card without signing up for an account.

I've sent myself and invoice to check it out, and it's true. The pay with credit card option is now replaced by sign up AND pay by credit card.

Am I doing something wrong?

How can I let my customer pay without signing up for a paypal account?

Hello @ohboy_p

Thanks for reaching out! Your buyers should have the option to pay as a guest when you send an invoice. If they do not see that option, it may be due to something our Internal Security System is seeing or possibly a country-based restriction. Either way, what your buyer is seeing is going to be what options they have to checkout with in that specific situation.

Cheers,

That makes no sense, it says everywhere that we are suppose to have the option to pay as a guest with debit or credit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account and this has nothing to do with your security system it is a glitch that needs to be fixed otherwise PayPal policies has incorrect information listed that needs to be changed cause its telling people we are suppose to have the option to pay without signing up for a PayPal account and mentions nothing about not being able to because of internal security so that is not correct. If it's because of internal security and will only give the option sometimes then it needs to state that in PayPal policy which it currently does not.
