RBI Regulations for Exporting Goods from India

Hi, I have been using paypal for the last your years now to do retail exports. I have been shipping my goods via Indiapost and DHL e commerce primarily. One this I haven't been able to figure out ( Now its coming back to haunt me ) , is the whole regulatory setup. So once we get payment from Paypal we ship with via DHL Ecommerce /India post, what all documents do we need to maintain and submit to the bank. What purpose code should we use and is there a proper resource to understand this?

You should ask DHL to help you,if I recall,India government wants to see proof your customer has paid you before you can export goods.

like the payment should be in your bank account.
