UPS LABELS

I purchased UPS label through PayPal, when I go to print the only thing on the label is the UPS logo and border. NO ADDRESS . Anyone else having issues? I've printed many labels here over the years....never had any issues.

Same problem this weekend  I thought it might be an issue with the browser I was using (Chrome), but it's doing the same on Firefox.  The labels shows only a broken "label image" icon with no destination address or barcodes.

Chatted with customer service and they indicated it is a known problem and they are working hard to fix it. 

I'm hoping they will also clarify if it is best to void the label and try again later, or if the original label will become printable later.

It would be best to void the label and try again later. We should get this fixed soon. Otherwise you may need to create a label with UPS directly.

I've been having this problem since Dec 13th - and still having it today (Dec 16th 2019). Customer service said that any labels not used in 5 days will automatically be refunded. i just want to get my package shipped... it was $17 via paypal ups, but i'm being quoted $29 on ups.com for the same package... i'm hoping they get this fixed soon!

It was a shipnow label, not a sale.  How can I void it?

There should be a "void" link in the shipping confirmation email. And even if the void is not indicated in the account summary (I don't think it ever is, until a few days after initiating the void - when it clears), you should at least get another email stating it is voided. In any case, the poster above claims that any labels not used after 5 days, assuming for this unusual case, will automatically be voided.

Thanks!  I was able to void it.  How long does it take to reverse the shipping charge?  I have only ever done USPS with Paypal before.  I hope they get the issue resolved because it's a good service.

Glad it worked.  The actual refund usually takes less than 1 week.  Just note if the current charge displays as a pending debit (which is probably the reason why it won't print), then your account might not ever get charged to begin with.  But still better to void anyway.
