how can I send return shipping label to customers?

I tried to go to sold item and create return shipping label but couldn't. Can you guide me to do so? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out! This is a great question, it's actually your buyer that would create the return shipping label - you just need to turn on the option on your end so they can see it. Your buyer will be initially charged the shipping label fee. Any refund you agree to can be sent using your PayPal account as a personal payment.
Follow these steps to accept returns from your buyer:
- Click the Settings icon next to "Log out".
- Click Shipping on the left.
- Click Update to the right of "Shipping preferences".
- Select Manage to the right of "Return Shipping Label".
- Click the check box next to "Display return shipping label link on buyer's transaction details page.
- Click Save.
You can choose not to accept returns and turn off this option by going to your Profile Shipping Preferences and selecting "No."
