Accidentally used wrong credit card to credit for a return

Hello.  I ordered shoes online and paid with PayPal. I returned the shoes and accidentally used a different credit card for the refund.  The credit is not showing anywhere.  Help?  Do I need to go back to the store and explain?

If someone ''refunds'' you via paypal then the refund goes back to the card that made the payment automatically.

But once marked completed it takes about a week to process back there.
