My Bank recalled a payment due to insufficient funds and I have now sorted out that problem with the bank. Paypal sent me an email informing me of this. Will PayPal re-present the payment? Or do I have to pay again using send payment link?
The email from PayPal did not tell me what action was being taken. I have informed the seller of what has happened, but I am now in limbo not knowing what to do.

Hi Sirrah,
My apologies for my delayed response.
When your bank decline a transaction we will generally try to charge your back up funding source, which would be your registered credit or debit card. If we are unable to access the funds from your back up funding source we will request the funds from your bank a second time.
If we are still unable to access the funds from your account we will then minus this amount from your PayPal account and request you to resolve.
I hope this helps
Paula
