Could someone please help me
A customer is trying to pay with CC but he keeps getting this error message and has been since yesterday. Anyone else experiencing this? Or is there a problem on my end?

If you would like to Send Money, please fund your payment with your PayPal balance, PayPal Credit or bank account.
