So for the last few months I have been consistantly unable to pay by instand transfer when making purchases dispite having a valid CC on file, yadda yadda. I've used e-checks which, while annoying, get the job done so in the end it's not too bad.
However, E-check isn't even working for me now! I just bought an items and try to pay, no instant transfer option, only CC and E-check as always, so I pick e-check (My CC is for emergencies only), I follow through the steps and get the:
"Thank you, we are processing your payment, you should recieve an e-mail... blah blah..." that you always get. Ok cool. Only thing is, I never recieve an email from paypal, odd, but I don't think anything of it (it might have got hit as spam or something)
Two days later I get an email from ebay "Please pay for item X"... wtf? I already set up the payment! I go into ebay and see the items is still listed as unpaid, I go into Paypal and no where in my transaction history can I find the e-check payment I initiated!
So, I send payment again, get the same "thank you" message. Two hours later no e-mail from paypal, I log into my paypal account and once again there is no transaction! It's like the process is failing but instead of an error message I get the standard "thank you" response... Anyone know what is going on?
