Free £5 to use on next purchase

i recently had an email stating that i had a free £5 to use by 28th Feb. i made an order to ''BH Cosmetics'', however i did not understand i how it worked and thought it was just going to take it off the total bill but it didn't? i'm not sure if i have done anything wrong and is there anything you can do to help please? Thanks

It didn't work for me either, now I am out £5. I tried contacting support, apparently this is not allowed. I could only send messages to their automated reply center and on three occasions I got three different automated replies that had nothing to do with the issue. They even sent me an email to ask me what is my email address.
