How to credit Paypal account in ethiopia

Hello, am amanuel i live in ethiopia and i want to credit my paypal account here in Addis Ababa. when i tried to credit via our local banks, they told me it is not possible in anyway kind. so i wonder if you could help me out you please ?

You can only ''send'' payments in your country and you can only ''fund'' those payments via a credit card linked and verified to your paypal account.
