Paypal does not allow payments to gambling and "adult" sites. They had some problems with money launderers a few years back.
Since I assume you are grown men, I shouldn't have to tell you that "natural" or "traditional" viagra wannabes are fake and don't work. That any offshore source is going to either stiff you (sorry) or send fake pills or send out dated medication (which could be a problem if you also have heart or blood pressure problems).
Your best bet is a North American pharmacy. An actual brick and mortar shop. If you find an ad that seems to be this, check the street address in Google street view and then use Canada411 to phone them and ask what they need to supply you.
If the pharmacist does not require a doctor's prescription, do NOT send him money. whether cash, money order or paypal.
