Hello! I am having some issues with my Paypal being limited. I have recently sold two Playstation 4 consoles on eBay. The first one I sold last week and I am currently trying to ship the second one. The first console shipped perfectly fine and the transaction went through but something went wrong when I created the shipping label and it didn't put in the correct package type. Because of this the shipping was underpaid and I still owe the USPS $5. My account has been limited because of this and I cannot pay the $5 underpaid postage cost because the limited account will not let me pay for it. And in turn I cannot create a shipping label for my other PS4 I am trying to ship. Someone please respond ASAP. Thank you so much
