Account is restricted

Hello all,

My Paypal account has been restricted selling a lot more then usual but all my current eBay orders are now delivered with no issues.

Paypal have asked me to provide information about a couple of transactions and supply a picture of ID so completed both of these last week, but currently these are both pending. Also tried contact Paypal via the live chat and no response on multiple chats for over 24 hours and the current phone number are currently not taking calls.

Also spoke to eBay who said they cannot help with the matter, What am I supposed to do its like Paypal has no one working for them currently ?

Hi Matt

I am Paypal and we cannot help you as we have no one working at Paypal SORRY 

Please don't call our helplines they are closed or try live chat the wait times are 100+ hours for a response 

Email us haha we don't respond and even better if you contact us through social media we will just say we have escalated it but nothing happens. 

But we can limit your account for no reason and even know you have submitted evidence it will keep pending for about a month.
