I recently tried to transfer £1,200 to another account, and got the "Your account access has been limited" message. If I were to resolve the issue, would the payment then go through or would I have to make the payment again if I wished to transfer it through paypal? I considered just sending the money via my bank instead, but if it's going to send ANOTHER £1,200 after I have resolved the limitation then it's pointless.
