Another Banggood Swindle

I placed 3 separate orders in early June 2020 for 7 items that Banggood’s web site showed were in stock and used PayPal as payment on each order. Order #1 consisted of 2 items that I received. Order #2 had 4 items, but I received only 2 items. The 2 items that I did not receive I later canceled after finding out that they were not in stock. Order #3 had 1 item and was canceled by Banggood the following day, because they said it was not in stock.
Keep in mind that unlike American mail order companies Banggood takes your money immediately when you place an order, rather than charging you when it is shipped. So when orders are canceled you must request a refund, which I did weeks ago.
Banggood refused a refund for the 2 items that I did not receive on Order#2 and gave me half of the money for the single item in Order#3. They showed a shipping tracking number (for the first 2 items of Order#2) and said that order had been shipped. However, I have documentation that shows these items were canceled, plus the package invoice for that same tracking number that also shows I only received 2 of the 4 items that I ordered.
After I did not get full refunds, I emailed and texted daily with Banggood customer support for 2 weeks before turning to PayPal for help. Banggood gave me a run around and lied every single day and continued with more frequent and aggressive emails once submitted a dispute with PayPal.
Order #3 was resolved by PayPal in my favor. Banggood’s reasoning for originally giving me half of the refund is was full of lies and simply a swindle. However, with Order#2 I am still having tremendous difficulty getting a refund.
For some reason my Order#2 dispute was changed to “item not as described” by PayPal and now Banggood requires that I send the two items that I did receive (and am perfectly happy with) back to China to get a refund for the entire Order#2. Not only that, but they must receive them in 8 days. This request is completely unacceptable, because
- The 2 items that I received I am happy with and want to keep.
- The shipping costs to send them back to China are prohibitively expensive.
- This is the beginning of a 4-day holiday weekend (4th of July), and it will be impossible to get a package to China in 8 days.
- Based on my experience so far, Banggood will claim that they never received the package or that the returned items were somehow defective and cannot be accepted.
The end result will be that I not only lose all of the money that I was charged on Order#2, but I will forfeit the two items that I did receive and to top it off I have to pay expensive shipping costs on a package to China. PayPal's dispute system has no way for me to respond, it simply says here's what I must do and give them the tracking number. Seriously, I can’t believe this is happening, what a nightmare. What I want is simple: a refund for the 2 things that they did not send me.
