problem with Banggood and paypal

paid for an E-bike from Banggood trough paypal on Jan.2021 and received it problematic , report to seller and then after a month to paypal , return the faulty item to the address seller told me to in email , and waiting for refund but nothing comes .. after follow-ups , paypal close the case in favor of seller and telling me I shall return the cargo to China ! send them the email from Seller and called them ..telling me over the phone I can make !!! fake emails ..at the same time seller , banggood telling me I shall follow refund from paypal in their email ..and paypal staff over the phone told me my money 705 Euro bike+40 Euro return post is gone because I didn't send the product to China and repeat same ...seller simply have both my money and the product and at least the Paypal staff didn't show any care ..also telling me seller didn't respond to paypal request !! now almost 6 month gone and I don't know how can I protect my right . I am new in Germany and suppose to buy that ebike to use for my family daily purchases which bought another from shop .

The dispute part of a claim is between you and the seller to sort out between yourselves, if you decide to send it back and trust the seller to refund you then that is fine.
If not you escalate to a claim and if you win paypal tells you the return address to send the item back to and when you supply a tracking number you should get a refund.
Advice is voluntary.
