Balma LLC - is it a fake entity?

I ordered an item online on one website and after checking out, I only received a confirmation from Paypal that I paid the amount of the item I ordered. Aside from the transaction ID, amount and some details, there’s no date on the estimated number of days I would receive the order and the name of the company. Has anyone transacted online which was made to Balma LLC that’s totally different from the company where you ordered it from, and did you ever received your order, had Paypal investigated and helped on this?

Hi, I purchased a hybrid watch through PayPal on 21/11/20 and apart from the receipt from them I didn’t receive an email from the company informing me of the order being placed, sent or a tracking number. Have I been had. I can’t afford to lose the money for this as it was a gift to someone for their 70th birthday. I collected the money from friends to purchase this watch as a gift from all of us. Is there anyway to get my money back?

It is a identity that is not legit. U receive garbage months and months later. I got my money back through because i took pictures of everything done online and never received anything.. till today. I did not know what it was. It was so ugly! Then i remembered! Its not at all whst i ordered. The address i got says ucl po box company in missausauga ontario. Either way. A scam site that items are from wish im assuming.

This is some back room 'company' who order from China. No confirmation of orders given, no communication. Items will usually eventually arrive if youre lucky, then you will notice they are not fit for purpose. When one tries to communicate with Balma LLC you will not receive a response. If you chase via Paypal you will receive a fake tracking number from Balma thru the paypal platform

Opening a dispute regarding shoddy items means eventually you will be instructed to return the item at your own expense. In my case to Buenos Aires from UK!

I suggest you do not order via this company unless you want alot of aggro and to lose money

It seems OK.

I ordered a PFD (life jacket) from a UK company called Geartech.

My item arrived two weeks later and is what I ordered and expected.

I believe the package originated in Hong Kong but that is not a problem for me.

The only downside was the lack of communication from this company.

I would have no hesitation ordering again from them...

Looks like the jury is still out then. I ordered a solar phone through Geartech, as yet, no communication, money taken but no product received. I have emailed Geartech, but no reply. Watch this space.

I placed an order with Balma LLC, but have not had a reply from them for 2 smart watches, I was a bit sus, have been told that this is a scam, paid $179.90 with my PayPal account, I would like a refund please cheers Marie

I agree, I think I have waited long enough for my product to arrive. It's time I contacted gear tech for a refund. Again, watch this space

Update, after my post last week, I emailed Geartech and said that they had 7 days to reply, supply or refund. Today my 50000mah solar powered power bank arrived. Sadly no instructions supplied. 😔 Next stage does it actually work! 🤔 Also the return address is a unit in West Drayton, that comes up on the internet as for sale. However, when I called the agent, they sold the unit approx 5 yrs but just recently started getting calls from dissatisfied customers of Balma LLC, trying to trace them. Also, i

I did an order from a company X name and when I checked my Paypal account I Found Balma LLC instread when I recieved the package I found metal plate that we can find on dollar store something very very useless and cheap. And I opend a dispute with Paypal and I hope I will be refunded.
