Hello Paypal community,
I just wanted your opinion about this, I currently play a game called Black Desert Online, there was a ban-wave recently and my account was banned at 11/04/2018. I can assure you that I do not use any third party software which was the reason that my account was banned. I accept others who may not believe me, however my question is that, am I eligible for a chargeback of the 180 days I've spent on the game? I've been playing for 2 years and I wanted to know what exactly the GMs have found in my account that counted as an illegal third party software and they don't want to provide this information.
I understand they don't want to leak information because it might show how they detect others from cheating however all I asked for is what software did they see me run that it was illegal? They claim they can see what we are running and also they record LOGS of our game meaning they could atleast provide me with some results.
Kakao, the publisher of Black Desert Online have not been the most trustworthy company since the release of the game. They promised us that it would be different from how it is in the East where its completely pay to win, they promised us that it would not be like that in the West at all, however they turned back on their word after a year and can now sell items from the Pearl Shop (Real money currency) to the Marketplace (Convert to in-game currency). I kept playing because the game was fun and its still is, I hated them for turning back on their word but still enjoyed the game.
Another problem is that they use their Terms of Service (ToS) as a reason for anything they do, you get banned they point at the ToS, you use an exploit they point to the ToS (bannable). I believe every player signed up to the ToS when we entered the game however there was a time last year a bunch of streamers exploited the game (BladeBoques) by using a method that gave him greater advantage and this is a bannable action however Kakao decided they would unban all the streamers that were caught after 3 days. Why is that? Streamer perks? whilst the normal players get banned because they are not giving the game publicity? Is it even allowed for a company to turn a blind eye on certain people from their very own ToS that they wrote themselves?
Earlier this year there was a big ban-wave and so many people were caught in that ban-wave including innocent people. I know some were innocent people because they had to apologize to the public and unban those who were innocent, Kakao is not the most trustworthy company at all since they lied to the community before, there is nothing to stop them to do it again.
I'd like to know other people's opinion on this because this is silly and I got banned for nothing and yet they won't provide evidence.

But is it not considered lying when they tell us one thing (No pay to win) and suddenly change their idea to pay to win. I know a lot of people charged back when they introduced it and successfully got some back. I was just more loyal and patient until they betrayed me.
