I have had a disputed case closed as originally it was that an item hadn't been delivered. When it eventually got delivered it was completely different to what I ordered so paypal closed the case as the seller provided tracking information. However I cannot complain again and the seller is only offering 70% of the full amount which seems so unfair as it is not my fault. Any help would be much appreciated
Hi, I have same situation. Case is closed because seller provided tracking number for the order which didn't contain my merchandise. I have proof because the received shipment's weight is 0.25 kg and it should be more then 40kg, but I can't reopen the case and report those scammers. Is there any way to reopen the case or to open a new one?
