A while back I was supposed to upload my documents to verify my identity. When I did this, some of my documents got rejected, because my business is registered in the UAE and the (now restricted) account is a south african account. I moved there for 6 months and decided to open a south african account when I arrived, but I have recently returned to the UAE.
Paypal advised me to create a uae account and send them a request to transfer my money that is currently in my south african account, to my uae account. I already have a UAE account, but now I need to proceed with a request for them to transfer my funds.
The problem is that I can not access any messages they send me anymore. For some reason, when I click on the message notification, it takes me to the message inbox, which is blank. I can only see the messages I sent them. How can I contact them to find out which documents they need from me in order for me to transfer my funds to my new account?

Normally any email / messages from paypal on a business account are sent to your business account email address.
