Can't upload address proof-It's asking for CC validation-BUG

Hello, my account get limitation because of adress proof. I want to upload my adress but I can't upload it to system. System show me Credit Card Validations page and my CC's already validate. I can't comeback to adress proof page. I stuck on there. When I click CC Validate, nothing happened. I need help. I have proof of my adress.

How can I sure about paypal crew read it and activate my account ?

If you are not already in queue, you can contact PayPal to let them know you have submitted their request.

nothing works correctly on any paypal webpage if you find yourself on a path less travelled - they don't seem to have tested every iteration of user behaviour - even the feedback forms don't allow paypal to ever learn the truth about user experience - guess we should all use 'Stripe'... at least they don't make you want to stick a knife in your eye out of frustration! [even the robot check on this submission page is misconfigured]
