Canceling a fraudulent account under my other email

My ex had opened a PayPal account using my other Email I want the account deleted. It's doing me from getting money from one of my job.

Call PayPal customer service. No one here has access to others' accounts. 

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, scroll down to click CALL US.

Is it possible for you to delete the actual email account itself? Do you have access to this PayPal account? As you might have to use the Call as PayPal guest to have the account closed.
