Closure of account

Hi, I am trying to close my account and I have been online to go into settings and press close your account. However, it doesn't work and says we're sorry, there seems to be a problem. Please try again later. I have tried again so many times and its already been a week. Can anyone help please? Many thanks

1. Check if you have a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
2. Have you removed all bank accounts and cards?

3. Have you got any pending transactions or expecting a refund?

Hi, I have checked all of them and tried to close down account and still won't work. There's a limitation and I think that's the cause and it won't let me get rid of it and shut down. Does this mean I won't be able to close it down at all?  Many thanks

Well that would have saved me wasting my time if you had said your account was limited in the first place.
