I thought it was from Fed Ex for a job. I sent them 97.00 and found out it was not from fed ex but a fake group that is doing business on Pay pal. Pay pal is refusing to refund me and said I can appeal by hitting the appeal button. When I go to the resolution center and try to go to action and push the appeal button that is only open for ten days, another window pops out and covers it so you can't do anything with it cause everything freezes. They facilitate the scammers to fraudulently take money and then will not refund you.
