Concert tickets refund

I purchased concert tickets with PayPal. The concert has been rescheduled to a date that I can not attend. They are not offering refunds. Can PayPal help?

These are the only two options you can dispute with:

I didn't receive an item i purchased  

The product or service [the entire order] was not delivered to you.

I received an item that's significantly not as described  

The product or service was significantly not as described in your order. 

You may want to try a credit card dispute (if that's how you paid) since their dispute terms could be more broader than PayPal's. If no-go with card issuer, then try to resell the ticket.

Hi! Did you find a solution for this? I have the same problem my concert has been rescheduled twice de to Covid 19. Unfortunately I didn't use a credit card to do the purchase instead I used my PayPal money and I haven't found a solution yet. I called 311 today looking for help and their recommendation was to call the attorney general to find a solution because this is an extraordinary situation. We are supposed to be able to get a refund without problem. PayPal didn't help at all.

Same issue here.Concert was to be Aug 4 2020,tickets bought Nov 21,2019 has now been rescheduled for Sept 8,"2021"!!! No help from Pay Pal,that I paid for them with.Seller says no refund.Was on message with 3 people and they had no idea what I was talking about,after 45 mins

I went thru Event Tickets and I am trying to figure out how they are connected to Ticket Tracker with Pay Pal??? This was for 166.75 and I am NOT happy with pay pal at all.I have paid thru them with Vivid Seats and Ticketmaster and never had problems but this group is in cahoots with Pay Pal.
