Hello,
Long story short - there were a pair of shoes on Depop.
Being stupid, I paid through PayPal friends and family thinking I could trust the seller.
He then doesn't reply to any of the messages I sent then asking if he has received the payment although it has left my bank account.
He says they are still available as I got my friend to message him to see if he was being ignorant or if he genuinely wasn't on his phone etc.
What is the best course of action to take?
