Dispute problem

I am asked to return item for credit with deadline. I just left that home in Florida 2days ago & don’t plan to return until after deadline to return item. The item is now 6000 miles away. I won’t return until after date to return item. PayPal doesn’t make it easy to address this issue in their standard format. Not easy to email & discuss with someone.

Contact customer service for assistance:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

 

In general, PayPal requires timely responses and actions on disputes/claims and would rule against those who don't but call them and see if they can make an allowance.
