Dispute unfairly in sellers favor

Hello, who do I talked to to get help with a dispute that was in the sellers favor, which is completely wrong. I fell for a scam shopping on a Instagram site. I bought 4 beautifully embroidered cotton quilts in lovely colors to match my decor . Ordered back in March. 3 of the 4 quilts came. They are nothing like what I ordered- they are a polyester, NOT embroidered, their one big piece of colors in icky cheap fabric. Nothing like the pictures I ordered from. I was totally scammed! I contacted the quilt Company by email. Heard nothing. Tried to call, phone number rang and rang- no answer. I contacted PayPal. I was sending the three quilts back. On the package it says return address: that’s where I sent the 3 packages to. Then I get a email from the quilt CO, they tell me I need to ship them to Hong Kong. I said their already sent back in the mail. I have tracking number. 4th quilt came and I refused it at the post office. I do not have one quilt in my house- all 4 were returned. I filled a dispute with PayPal, showing pictures of quilts I ordered and what came and of return receipt. Later I got a message that the seller would give me $80 to resolve this- I said no, I paid $299.80 and I want a full refund. What the company sent me poor quality quilts are probably worth $30. PayPal just yesterday informed me that my case went in favor of the seller! What the heck! Who reads the cases? An automated thing? I’ve left all manner of typed messages and I hear bs k from no one! What am I to do? It’s $299.80 I was ripped off!!!!!!! How do you get a human PayPal customer representative during covid 19??????? I need someone to review my dispute! Ugh, this is so frustrating!

If you sent them back then it would have to be trackable to the address that paypal gave you if you wanted to win any paypal claim.

Why send them back. I paid for them. What I am saying is that they charged me again and PayPal couldn't care less. You say write this to Paypal - where exactly???? They close them selves off from any method of correspondence after they have decided on the outcome of a case

I have been scammed by Kaizen Click. I ordered 11 towels for $89.95 and have the confirmation order from Kaizen. They then charged me a further $39.95 with no correspondence whatsoever and Paypal has ruled in their favour. On my claim to dispute there wasn't even the possibility to show Paypal my order confirmation and prove that I am right. Furthermore on my card statement next to Kaizen it says "standing order"!!!!!!!!! I looked up Kaizen Clicks on Facebook and I see numerous complaints of people who have had money withdrawn from their accounts. These are polished scammers and PayPal stands by them. This I just cannot understand and it is even more of a disappointment than being scammed by those thieves. The problem is that when you order lets say as in my case from Bamboo Fresh you only see the name Kaizen after you have paid. PayPal you are a big disappointment. You are on the side of the thieves instead of on the side of the victims

Send that to paypal, nothing to do with anyone on here.

And in future best not to buy tat from these.

Chinese Web Sites or on Social Media ads easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.

1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.

You say send it to PayPal. To where exactly and from where??? They have shut down every means of responding after they have closed the dispute. That is why I tried here on PayPal forum as there is nowhere else. All there emails are automatically replied by bots
