Paypal's process for disputing food items is too long. I ordered a large amount of food and the seller won't respond with any information at all, even after 1 week has passed. Why do I need to wait until April 16th to finish this dispute? Nothing has been shipped, the seller won't respond. What is PayPal waiting for?
This isn't a toy, this is food. If the seller will not respond or ship the items, then reverse the charges. Paypal needs to step up their game on this.

The reason behind this is because we are giving the seller a fair chance to be heard as well, but since you mentioned that it's almost a week now and no response yet by the merchant you can now file a claim on this by going to the resolution center and escalate your dispute to a claim. Please be advise that once you purchased something on line the payment will automatically go to the merchant/seller. It's a good thing that you are now able to file a dispute/claim what will happen is we are going to give the merchant a period of time to respond. If its already a claim that you were able to file then merchant has a maximum of 10 days to reply in case merchant will not respond then the case will automatically close in to your favor and money will be refunded back to you. You can monitor the status of the case by logging in to your PayPal account and go to resolution center, also you will get notified via email as to what is the status. Have a nice day and be safe.
