Does anyone have a return shipping address for this company in English? I only have one in Chinese abd I cannot get my refund without returning goods. This company should be banned by all the complaints on this site.
I'm dealing with a similar situation, but different company. I think they do it on purpose because they know that people won't return items - it's too expensive.
Why do you have to pay to return the item that they messed up?
