Duplicate payment

Hi my son purchased a game online through Epic Games and Paypal has taken the money twice on 28th September and 9th October.  I have contacted Epic games and they said I need to contact you.

Are you sure there are 2 payments gone? Only normally when you pay a seller its not instant, paypal credit them upfront and then paypal takes the wait for the funds to transfer from your funding source, so the payment actually shows as sent on the day but transfered from your funding source later.

 

If its not that then......

 

Check if a subscription was set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

Finally again if not that then click on the transaction in your paypal account and report it as a billing error.

When l try and report a billing issue it asks me for either the correct amount which is zero and it won’t accept that or a cancellation subscription number but it’s not a subscription...any other suggestions??
