Hello
I made a purchased on 10/12/2020 and received my item a few days later. Yesterday (14/01/21) I received a Duty & Tax invoice from FedEx saying I need to pay £20.58. There was no mention of taxes due on the seller's listing. Do I have to pay?

If it was an imported item then any customs charges or duty due are between you and your government and nothing to do with the seller.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
