Hi, a buyer on ebay has harassed me multiple times despite me stating I would refund them. I asked for their paypal email and they have not given it to me, so I have no way to refund them. They are threatening multiple times to "ruin my ebay reputation", and are sending extremely threatening and frankly quite scary messages. I am disabled and it is difficult for me to do things sometimes, and offered a refund, but I cannot give it without their email. They were saying incredibly despicable and rude things and making threats. I believe their account should be closed for harassment.
I simply cannot find the item, I am not a "fraud" or a "scammer". I cannot refund them if I don't have their paypal email it's... that simple. Among their messages have been "Are you serious? Could you find it if I sent you. $5 more? Not acceptable", "How is it it has a tracking number? I’m not going to leave positive feedback. This is a sham. You sold It too cheap. Have been on here a long time have never experienced such a scam.", "Have been on eBay a long time. This is a scam. I’m going to give you a couple days to grow a conscience", "Thank you. Will be forwarding this to PayPal if you don’t send it. You are a scammer.", "And the ebay post boards!", "One more chance. You send it and I leave you good feedback or I will do whatever I can to destroy your eBay reputation. I too am on disability. Stop hiding behind that and be a person of integrity. Worse YOU SENT ME A SPECIAL OFFER!", and "PayPal will contact you. I’m reporting you for fraud"
Please just help. I am very scared. Their user on ebay is @/ vtartist.
