Hi I purchased 3 flights for flybe flights via paypal credit. After flybe entered admin on 05/03/20 I raised a claim against the purchase. The reason I gave on the claim was 'Item not received'
The claim has now been at the 'Reviewing information' stage for over 3 weeks and the 'Estimated claim resolution' which was originally giving a date o[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]20 and seems to be adding a day for every day that passes.
Are Paypal able to advise that this is the correct approach I'm taking to receive a refund?
I'm confident I should be covered by consumer credit rules similar to those offered on a credit card and this should be an open and shut case so why it is taking so long?

Yes it is the right approach, you report PPC transactions through the Resolution Center. Disputes on PayPal Credit transactions follow the same dispute process as standard PayPal disputes, its not like third party credit cards.
Have to wait until they come to a decision. PayPal tries to resolve dispute within 30 days but it can take longer. And with Covid-19 things are backed up.
