Fraudulent charges

Hi, I have 6 unauthorized charges from Facebook.  No one was available to talk on the customer service line.  I filed a dispute, and in less than an hour it was decide in favor of Facebook!  Why?!  These are not authorized!  I have proof that I did not authorize these, and PayPal has no customer service person to help me.  And now I cannot go back and re-dispute.  I'm just supposed to throw away all this money??  We are in Covid, I'm not working, I can't afford to just throw away money for fraudulent activity!  I use PayPal specifically for their buyer and seller protection....so far, they have provided me NONE.  Please help!  I can't afford to lose this money.
