Hi! I got charged for about RM115 because of the milestone payment that O didn't even confirm it yet but they deducted it from my bank card. I tried to PayPal,but they denied it since it said that it was an agreement but I Didn't agree about it all!!!!! How to get my money back!!!!

If you have your PayPal linked to freelancer via billing agreement, then you agreed to it.

You may cancel the automatic billing agreement so no future payments go through this way:

Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments

Select merchant on left, click Cancel on the right.

Hi @bllakim,

I'm sorry to hear that there was a payment you weren't expecting. A billing agreement requires approval of the conditions of the agreement at the start when the first payment is made. If the billing agreement was active at the time of that subsequent payment and the first payment at the very start was authorized, there would not be an ability to recover the cost through PayPal. You can contact the merchant to explain the situation and request a refund.

I hope this can be resolved with the merchant!
