Fuzhou company scammers

I was also scammed by the Fuzhou chinese technology company . I bought a cardigan from them and received nothing at all what it was advertised as. Until i received it i was under the false impression it was a US product. I am in the process of resolution but they said they will refund (so they say) my money if i send it back however the address is chinese and it cant be translated to english and the post office wont send it unless it is in English.I also dont want to send it back now and waste more money as from what I have read this is a scam and other people have been caught up in  it like myself. I have seen this company on this site by other people saying they have been scammed yet paypal are endorsing it???

What can I do please?

I have had exactly the same problem of being scammed by a chinese company who sent me a faulty and dangerous hair trimmer.  I escalated this problem with PayPal Resolution Center who chose to take the side of the chinese company - inspite of the company's website stating that goods can be freely returned PayPal's decision was that I could get my full refund if and when I return the product back to the company at my expense - this would have cost me half of the cost of the product itself.  I subsequently checked the company's review on line and find I am not the only person to be scammed in this way. 

My problem is why is a reputable company as PalPay allowing these disreputable companies to use PayPal as a method of collecting money and then why is PayPal not upholding the rights of the wronged customer.
