Yep all over this forum and the internet, avoid these.......
Chinese Web Sites or on Social Media ads easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.
1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.
If you want more advice then say what you have done so far etc raising a dispute?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I just had the same thing happen to me. Emailed a picture of the two chair covers back to the company but never received a reply. I contacted PayPal though my account to let them know about the scam. They really need to shut these guys out.

No. If anything they will send you just the "free" tool pouch.

I started my dispute July 9th and finally got a full refund today.
I called the PayPal customer phone number (expect a long wait) about 4 or 5 times. Always follow up with the information they request in the time frame required. You will have to upload additional documents. Call a few days after upload to make sure the documents made it to your file. Mine never did.
The final step they will ask is for you to report the fraud to authorities. I entered a complaint with IC3 Internet Crime Complaint Center. It was easy. After providing PayPal with a PDF of my complaint, I received a full refund in days. I had ordered 3 benches for almost $60 so that was very welcome.

Yes and PayPal is giving me a hard time, even with this forum! They are sticking up for the seller not the consumer. Going to stop using papal if they do not make good!

Yep, exactly the same. Two small bags received not big enough to hold a chair to fit a grown up. Raised a dispute end of July and the company has eventually agreed to refund the $39.99 if I return the two covers at my expense. I was going to leave it but then got so cross with this scam that I decided to return them and see where we end up. It just cost me today £12 to send these back from the UK tracked package with Post Office. I don’t hold out a lot of hope of getting this back despite this not being my fault but at least I hope to get ‘something’ back for my efforts. We’ll see!! I must say, I haven’t felt well supported in this by PayPal. Lots of opportunities in the process to cancel the dispute, resolution dates being put back, having to load details twice before they register. You’d think in view of it being the companies fault that I received the two small bags in ‘error’ that they would be liable for return postage but seems not.

UPDATE
Small canvas bags returned to China. Cost me £12 from the UK for tracked and signed for with Royal Mail.
This was eligible for the PayPal return postage on us scheme therefore applied, filled the form in and uploaded photo of package at post office stamped up ready to go plus close up photo at home of address on the package reflecting exactly how PayPal had written it. The £12 has been returned. Had a mail today to inform me that PayPal had found in my favour and started the refund of $39.99. Result!!
ADVICE
Dont let it go. This company must be making a lot of money from people who “put it down to experience”.
I had to change my initial claim from ‘did not receive item’ to ‘not as described’. Couldn’t claim ‘ did not receive’ , as I did receive something. Changed this on a chat with PayPal agent. Taken 4.5 months but it was worth it !! Not the amount but the principle. Won’t be buying anything on Facebook without fully checking in the future!
