Gearbest delivered item on unknown person and Paypal closed case

PP case for Paypal support PP-D-34474473

item delivered on unknown person without adress see DHL tracking but its OK for Gearbest

I have send this information on Gearbest support but no answer till now

how can I escalate this issue ?

I have already conversion with PayPal support, for Paypal its OK that item sended by Gearbest is delivered on unknown person without adress (see attached DHL tracking) 

I will try again on Facebook

Our buyer protection process cannot help you with your issue. The seller does not have to proof that the shipment was handed over to you specifically. 
The online tracking shows a delivery. 

delivered on wrong person but delivered 🙂 its new Paypal standard ? very funny

unfortunately there is no help from Paypal Buyer Protection for lost-in-transit case (item delivered on unknown person)

I will finish all orders and close my account
