I had the same issue, I have never bought anything related with that. I went and claimed, but paypal said that they determined that I did make that purchase. I don't how they determined that, I don't even buy games outside of steam and the playstore, and I don't use Paypal for that.
Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it. Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
If not then click on the transaction and report it as unauthorised using the link bottom of the details page.
