I cant seem to find an email address, none of the customer service options are working at present (telephone isnt answered, the chat function isnt working as says offices are closed (although is within the hours specified that they are open).
I need to report someone using their paypal account to take money from people for gambling, there should really be an easy way to report misuse of an account that doesn't leave me at a dead end.
