I have a deduction from my PayPal account for £43 by shop world zendesk

I do not know what this amount is?  I have emailed them but not heard anything back so far.

Any ideas what it could be.

In case this of interest to anyone.  Victoria's Secret use e shop world zendesk for their orders, so I have solved the situation because I had ordered something from Victoria's Secret.  I was puzzled because on my PayPal account there was no mention of Victoria's Secret.
