I have account Limitations after confirming with a card and Support is ignoring me

I work as an artist online, if anybody uses Discord and the Dank Memer bot they would recognize me as the artist, i also do commissions sometimes and other, people really want to pay me for my work and help me in my life as i live in a really bad place and i need money to get out of really bad circumstances , so I created my PayPal account a while ago hoping that i could get payments for my hard work earned money, but people were met with some kind of "limitations" when they tried sending me payment, so i contacted support and they asked me to confirm my account with a debit card to get my limitations lifted, so after months of running around and a lot of blood and sweat and tears and hundreds of dollars and problems putting me highly in dept for money i do not have on hand, i was able to open a bank account and get a debit card, i used it on my PayPal to get my limitations lifted off and finally help me, it took over a week to get the code, so in the meanwhile i asked for another one thinking that it didn't go through, but when i did ask for the code not long after i got the first code, that didn't work but days after i got the second code that "worked", and i got debited $3.9 (a lot of money for me), and when i asked my friend to test if my "limitations" were lifted they were met with a message saying that they were still not lifted, i almost cried and contacted support in the Message center again, i waited for days and days without getting any answer, my $3.9 were never refunded, my friend contacted the support and they refused to help then ignored her completely and we are stuck, I'm in a situation where PayPal is my only hope and my best bet to ever improve my life, but instead of making my life easier i was met with inhuman doses of stress, depression and more problems and dept i can't pay back if the service refuses to deliver on its basic promises.

Same. I cant get my money, i have sent all that they want to unblock my account and support ignoring. Im on pedding 6 months.

All you needed to say was which country you are in and that you have account limitations and how to resolve.

We don't need your life story sadly.

Well I don't need to be professional, I save that for my place of work.

If you want advice its best to ask your question as briefly as possible, as folks are giving up their time to try and help you.

Lastly now you have said which country you are in I can probably see your issue.

To be honest I now no longer want to give up my time to help.
