I Made a purchase online at singouse.com A sewing machine but I don’t know if this website is a scam. I saw that they have so low prices for singer sewing machines models just only today like 80% low price. I made a purchase but it didn’t show me when it was going to be shipped Or when it was going to be delivered. I saw that in my bank account was not charged yet. Do you think this website is legit? Or if it is a scam and they charge me without delivering to me, How can I report this if it’s a fraud? Would you help me find out if this website is a scam so they don’t charge me? Thank you!

I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back from this nightmare.

Add to  the list of recipients: JIMENEZLLC. I saw that right after I made the purchase and immediately filed a case with PayPal, which they rejected because the "tracking number" said delivered. What was delivered was a paper face mask, sent weeks before the supposed "delivery."

I fell for this, too. The company site was www.sicfae.com .... Great prices on Singer sewing machines.   I ordered paid through PayPal, then received and invoice that was higher than my bill,  I was concerned so I emailed the company on my receipt.  No response...  Beware, hope PayPal gets then and soon.

This site would not answer...  I then checked and checked and referred back to PayPal, since they gave a tracking number that was sent before I ordered.

I made the same purchase and yesterday received a paper facemask in the mail from the vendor - no sewing machine.  I disputed with PayPal and they just denied me.  I'm going to pursue it further though because they did take payment for the sewing machine.  Thanks for your post!

JIMENEZ LLC received my payment, which I immediately recognized as a scam. PayPal had an email address at gmail, ermahill19772. I received a response saying they would pressure the delivery service. Now the email doesn't exist. The singouse.com website seems to be out of Turkey.

I fell for same singer sewing machine scam 6/16/20. Through Bisomin e-commerce website with Singer label. One receipt said exact sewing machine. Paypal summary said clothing. Didn’t feel right. Tried to cancel June 17. PayPal said payment already sent. Couldn’t cancel. Merchant said shipped. Had USPS tracking number that was waiting for package. I filed dispute. PayPal said they contacted merchant and are waiting to hear from them by July 25. For the 2nd time. In the meantime, a package left Shanghai according to USPS tracking July 3, 2020 Cade LLC There are 2 emails which PayPal will not let me list Bisomin.com

You've probably read it already, but here is the link to Paypal's policy:  https://www.paypal.com/my/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full#7

I'm sure you have a case under the Significantly Not as Described clause.  Maybe photograph the packaging and address labels as well as the item received.  The delivery carrier may also be able to document the weight of the item shipped versus the weight of that sewing machine model?  Good luck to you!  If you don't get resolution, maybe you can complain to the state's Attorney General where Paypal is located.
