I haven't received any answers on why my account was flagged for suspicious/being used in an unusual manner. I'm very frustrated with the lack of help or answers is to why they suspect it. I need that money really bad. I have have an emergency situation and can't wait for 6 months. Someone please help me with something, a way to get my money. Next I'll start a class action lawsuit against paypal for this.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I have most in definitely contacted them, been transferred, told I couldn't do anything about it nor could they I've been hung up on several times and now help center, resolution center and live message never respond. I've been placed on a permanent limitations and with no explanation, my experience has been horrible with customer service and this account since I opened it.

If its a permanent limitation then they don't give you an exact reason, they just say you have broken their user agreement OR acceptable use policy in some way.

Guess thats because giving you the reason wouldn't make any difference anyway as they have already made their decision.
