I am really sorry to hear about the payments that you did not authorize and the changes on your account.
If you cannot access your account, in order to report the payments I would recommend you to get in touch with us from our website.
To do so, go to the 'Help' icon on the PayPal website and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. Here you will be able to see which options you have available to contact us without logging in. Please note that these options are only available during service hours.
