PAYMENT DEDUCTED TWICE FOR THE SAME PURCHASE

Hello, I made a payment on ENVATO Market for purchasing an item. I used a DEBIT CARD with this PAYAPL ID to make a payment of 4618.53/INR, But in my bank statement associated with the DEBIT CARD, it shows the same payment has been deducted twice. If you see the transaction twice in your PayPal Activity, you can report the duplicate by clicking one of the transactions, then click Report a problem. After that, click l have a billing issue. Then click Duplicate transaction and follow the on screen prompts.

 

Otherwise, contact your card issuer for assistance.
