PayPal didn't issue the receipt, money withdrawn from bank account

Hello,

Yesterday, I made some transactions with PayPal. The first one did good, I had a receipt from PayPal, the second one as well (also got a receipt). But a couple of seconds after the second one, PayPal performed a third transaction for which I didn't have the receipt. It took me the same amount as I used for the second transaction (probably the site where I was buying duplicated the amount), and money didn't get to its goal as first two, and I left without my money. I have a listing from my bank that this transaction was successful, and that's the only way I can prove to PayPal that my money was withdrawn, but I didn't get a receipt for that action.

What do you suggest? 

P.S. I was writing to PayPal assisstent and a girl/lady Rebecca, told me that I should wait a few days to get a refund.

I'm sorry to hear you never received a receipt for the third transaction. Since you didn't receive a receipt, it sounds like it may have been a pending authorization. Most banks will typically clear a pending authorization within a week. If it doesn't fall off, you may benefit from a Paid By Other Means dispute. For further assistance, you can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available through Facebook private message or Twitter direct message.

I hope the charge is sorted out soon!

Thanks a lot Meghan for this detailed explanation. I also had an agent in the Message Center who explained the same way. So I'm waiting for a 5 working days, or one week as you said, in order to cancel this transaction and release funds. Cheers!
